Lentil Quinoa Dosas (wraps) tutorial and recipe. These dosas are wholesome and delicious!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup dry red lentils (I used a mix of red, green, and black lentils)1 cup dry quinoa (I used tri-colour quinoa)
1 cup cilantro2 tsp Fenugreek seeds2 tsp cumin2 tsp coriander
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp mineral salt
1/2 tsp whole black peppercorns
4 cups water
Method:
Wash lentils and quinoa and soak overnight in water.
Drain and rinse then then add to a blender with the other ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
Cook on a cast iron griddle or non-stick griddle on medium heat with a little virgin coconut oil.
Ladle batter onto the griddle and use the back of the ladle to spread the batter in circular motions starting from the center.
Spread evenly and gently to your desired thickness.
Allow to cook until it can easily be removed from the griddle.
Flip and cook for another minute or so.
Note that I did not ferment the batter like traditional dosas. If you would like the fermented version, simply leave the batter on the counter covered and leave it to ferment overnight. Use the next morning following the cooking method provided.
